Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

IJAMEC aims to publish research from authors, reviewers and editors of different regions, institutions, career stages, genders and backgrounds. Manuscripts are judged only on their scientific merit and fit with the journal scope, regardless of the authors' nationality, gender, ethnicity, religion, political views, institution or career stage. Editors and reviewers are expected to use respectful and constructive language. The journal works to widen the geographic and institutional diversity of its editorial board and reviewer pool.
