Data Availability and Sharing Policy
Data Availability and Sharing Policy
IJAMEC encourages authors to make the data, code and materials that support their findings available in a trusted public repository (for example Zenodo, Figshare, Dryad or institutional repositories) with a persistent identifier, or to explain why this is not possible.
Every article should include a Data Availability statement that says where the data and code can be found, or states the reason for restrictions (for example privacy, legal or ethical limits, or third-party licences). Data that involve human participants or patients must be de-identified and handled in line with the ethical approval of the study.
Editors and reviewers may ask authors for the raw data and code used in an article. Failure to provide them on request may delay or prevent publication.
